"Our project was a 6m x 3m extension and external hard
landscaping. There were some complexities in the project
including the replacement of a 7m RSJ supporting the first
floor and the construction of a retaining wall adjacent to a
garage. Perry and his team were cheerful, helpful and hard

not match the reality on the ground Build Dec were practical
and constructive when solving problems; with the drainage
